Yoghurt Cake

The recipe for our delicious Yoghurt cake!


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 150g natural yoghurt pot
  • 450g self raising flour
  • 300g granulated sugar
  • 150mls vegatable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees

Simply put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and using an electric whisk, whisk together until smooth.

Put the mixture into a loaf cake tin

Leave in the oven for 1 hour 15 minutes

Cake is now ready, leave to cool and then remove from tin and serve
